florina at check-in was especially helpful! she gave me early access to the room. the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. the location is convenient, close to victoria station providing easy access to transport links.

The room was a bit tired! the room lighting could be improved along with the change of level from the room to the bathroom. I also noticed different floorings.

i secured the executive double room and found its size appropriate for a solo traveler. the automated curtain system was a pleasant feature.

the noise level from the back road affected sleep quality due a window did not close properly.
