The room was very spacious. It had everything i needed. The staff were all very attentive, the hotel was immaculate.
The pillows was very large and not comfortable. I hardly slept at all BECAUSE of this. the minibar was not up to my expectations.

the staff gave a warm welcome. our room had every amenity we could need, and a good shower room. we enjoyed drinks on the rooftop terrace and the atmosphere was enjoyable. the location is convenient, near tube connections and a short walk to borough market (which i loved).
i noticed the bathroom had glass tiles at the top, so light could illuminate the bedroom at night.

our beautiful double room featured high-tech amenities and a super clean environment, excellent. the beds were comfortable, and the shower provided a fantastic experience. the room included complimentary soft drinks, a nice surprise.

the staff provided really good service, warmly cute me and accommodating my requests. the room was appointed beautifully and maintained with meticulous cleanliness. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace restaurant, it had panoramic views. its location near the tube stop was very convenient.

the location was acceptable, close to transport links. it made getting around fairly straightforward.
I had issues with my room. It faced what seemed to be a service area. i woke up several times due to early morning deliveries and the noise was quite intrusive (ringing doorbells and dragging boxes). the staff's solution seemed inadequate. Suggesting a different room on a future stay doesn't address the immediate problem.

The location was central, made getting around easy.
I encountered a very unpleasant issue . The air conditioning unit made a terrible noise. I was unable to leave it on. I was not informed that the hotel was next to a church.. This meant our window faced the church. We were woken up early and the bells rang for almost an hour one day.
