the room service cut-off at 11 pm seems a bit early. i mean, who doesn't want a late-night snack after a long day or night out? also, the hallways were so dark it seemed like i was navigating a haunted house, not exactly the vibe i was expecting. the elevator music could have been better.

i was upgraded to the east end balcony suite upon my arrival it was a pleasant surprise. the energy within the suite was very peaceful it seemed like a true tonic. the suite's details were executed with clear style it enhanced the stay. the attention to detail stood out it.

i found the breakfast limited it was a continental breakfast only. the hot item choice was restricted to eggs only. i wanted semi skimmed milk but only full fat was available.

I really enjoyed the mini bar. It had a lot of options!!! the bed was really comfortable, and i slept so well. the walls in the bathroom were thick. i also really liked that i couldn't really hear the shower.

I think the promotional videos were misleading. I expected a more vibrant atmosphere. the dress code enforcement was inconsistent. i observed guests wearing slippers in the bar. That was surprising!!!

The room I occupied had nice amenities. It was a Executive Room and it included a minibar stocked with various drinks. The provided toiletries were of good quality. I enjoyed the fitness center. It featured modern equipment, and the spaces was clean.

The room felt somewhat small. Storage space for luggage was limited. The lighting in the hallways was dim, I found it not very inviting.

i found the menus limited across breakfast, cafe, and room service. i stayed for a week and grew tired of the hotel food by day three. the breakfast spread remained exactly the same each day.
