the location provides easy access to shopping, dining, and local sightseeing. the hotel staff was helpful, kind, and always courteous to guests. i appreciated that they were consistently available to answer questions and provide assistance.
i found that the service in the lounge could be improved. i needed to go to the bar to order and then wait for it to be delivered. table service in the lounge would be more convenient.
