the location works well, food is good and i found the facilities excellent. reception staff are friendly and efficient. i felt nothing was too much trouble for them. the beds are comfortable with soft mattresses.
the bathroom basin stopper had a slight malfunction.

Jennifer, Charlie, Bassam, Yulia, Rob, and James gave great service during breakfast. I have visited a few times. The level of service is excellent.
The hotel layout made a very noisy place. A big event had loud music and my children and I did not sleep until 1 AM. I did not get a warning about the event at check-in. I would have appreciated it.

My stay included FANTASTIC service in the Graze restaurant, especially from Daryna. She displayed great personality and professionalism. I found the breakfast AMAZING!!! It offered so many options. The staff were very cute, from reception to the restaurant. The rooms were nice and clean. Space was plentiful.
The men's changing rooms were not maintained well, showing mould. There were also missing tiles. Some holes were in the shower walls.

a complimentary anniversary treat from rachel williams warmed our hearts. our room was expansive, featured total cleanliness and the bed was supremely comfortable. we looked out at the enchanting castle, where our vows were exchanged years ago, what a pleasure.
the pool and changing areas showed wear. cracked tiles were noticeable. i saw some mould in the steam rooms. the available locker keys felt scarce, a small inconvenience.

the hotel boasts an excellent central location near the castle, shops, clubs and various dining options. proximity to the christmas market and market are major advantages, especially during the festive season.
