friendly staff safe location clean room
The staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated their positive attitude (it.). the location felt safe and quiet. i liked how the hotel was near boscombe beach, and the room was a good size and clean. i would come back next time!
The swimming pool was out of order. I was really looking forward to a swim.

The breakfast was a fantastic value with very good quality. The tv offered a good picture and many channel choices. I found the staff at reception helpful. The hotel provided lots of free car parking in its own large car park.
I found that the decor was old.

Check-in was efficient and staff was helpful. The room included a television with several channels. Free parking was available behind the building. I found coffee and tea making facilities in my room, which i used. staff was nice to me.
The bathroom was a bit small, but it met my basic needs.

My twin room included two comfortable beds with clean linens. There were bedside tables with lamps on each side of the beds. A wardrobe and a desk were also provided in the room, that i used.

The indoor pool was open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. There was a bar located near the lobby, with several choices. A small fitness center featured basic equipment. It worked for me.

clean room friendly staff quiet location
the room was a lovely standard family room it was nice and clean the staff were all very friendly and helpful the food was very good too everything tasted great and was cooked well. i really liked that the hotel was in a quiet area. the bar area looked very nice and cute.
i found a small number of stairs cases a bit tricky.

i noted the hotel's location is near enough to walk to the beach access is very convenient and allows for easy trips i saw that the hotel is located in a mainly residential area ensuring a quieter environment. this appealed to me.

i've visited before, and the friendly staff and good value remain great. the atmosphere is nice when you enter. i finally used the pool this time, and it was lovely before checking out. rooms are basic but clean. free parking is available.
The rooms do need an upgrade. The furniture is dated.
