Fantastic Anniversary Trip!

As it was an anniversary trip the extra touches in the room were really special I found such a thoughtful touch. The spa is lovely and the food delicious we had breakfast and a lovely evening meal!
The cost increased since we first started staying here! I was upset that I had to pay a further amount per person for a swim but I have never paid before and this seems extortionate!

My stay featured a delicious breakfast. The offerings were varied. the on-site parking was so helpful, there was ample space always. the staff were friendly and cute. I felt cared for.
The television in my room did not work! i reported it, but it was not fixed . the air conditioning was not effective. The room felt stuffy! the sauna and jacuzzi were out of service. It limited the facilities.

the hotel location was good for reaching the city centre.
the room i had was dated the tv did not work and the phone was out of order. i called reception using my mobile for the room service menu and was told to collect it myself despite already being in my pajamas. the prices were excessive a portion of chips and two drinks cost £38 with an additional £5 tray charge.

The location was prime. The staff were always friendly. I was thrilled by the very comfy room I had. My room included a nice upgrade. It was certainly an added bonus!
I noticed that the television reception was not perfect. It was only a minor inconvenience.

the location was convenient. my classic room had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the shower was REALLY powerful , and the water was hot.
the car park was full on arrival , EVEN though i prepaid for parking. my room felt dated , and i noticed some cobwebs in the window. the bedside light was faulty and COULDN'T be fixed.
