Anthony's SWEET gesture for my son's birthday really stood out. He arranged for a slate with 'Happy Birthday' alongside a delicious chocolate cake and Welsh cakes. The gesture made my son's day extra special I must say, and it showed the hotel cares.
I noticed the absence of a minibar in the room. I had baby food to keep cold. It would have been very useful to have that convenience .

the room we had, a double room, was quite spacious and well kept. i found the location convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions. the staff provided friendly service .
the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, so it often felt damp after showering. the noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, especially in the evening. i found the gym equipment limited (there were only two treadmills).

I found the pool and sauna to be very clean. Towels and robes were available which was convenient. Breakfast offered many choices I especially appreciated the variety. The location provided easy access to attractions nearby.
I noticed the gym was a bit busy during peak hours so planning workouts might be necessary.

The pool was a big hit with my children. We visited it multiple times . The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. Breakfast offered a sufficient variety of options, easily catering to various tastes. The room was clean and tidy, easily accommodating my kids.
