The location is AMAZING. It is a short walk to Temple Meads station. I also found the staff to be helpful with check-in. The room itself was a good size and I had plenty of space.
I found the room to be very basic, and it could use some updating.

The hotel is very close to the train station, a HUGE plus for me. I could easily walk to many central city venues. A good beer variety was available in the lobby.

the staff were helpful and friendly i appreciated that they stored our bags before check in and after check out this allowed us to explore more freely the breakfast had many options including both full english and continental choices. i found it very convenient to reach the station from the hotel.
the noise from machinery outside the window was noticeable when i opened it for fresh air despite closing it later there was still door slamming and movement for a while this disrupted the otherwise quiet atmosphere.
