friendly staff nice breakfast outdated facilities short shower curtain
the swimming pool had good facilities. the staff at the reception were friendly and cute. i really enjoyed the breakfast it was nice.
the bathroom facilities seemed outdated, i thought. the shower curtain in the bathtub was too short, so the floor got wet after showers. the toilet cistern took too long for flushing. this was a problem

lovely stay near the zoo
convenient location ample space varied breakfast
i found the location convenient for visiting local attractions. the room offered ample space and it included useful amenities, such as tea and coffee making facilities. breakfast was varied, with both hot and cold options available, i thought it was good.
i noticed the bathroom fittings looked somewhat dated. a little maintenance would improve the overall impression. it's a minor point but worth addressing.

a pleasant stay!
woodlands view open balcony beautiful grounds
I found the location suited my needs well. the grounds are indeed very beautiful. It was nice to have a woodlands view. the open balcony was a nice touch, great for some fresh air and quiet contemplation.
The check-in process was quite slow, a little frustrating after a long journey.
