large room nice décor breakfast selection
The room was large with nice décor. Breakfast included a wide selection of food items, and I enjoyed sitting by the pool. The hotel location allowed a short walk to both piers.. I found this a good convenience.

friendly staff excellent choice comfortable area
The staff were friendly. The breakfast provided an excellent choice with many options. The room was very clean. I especially loved the new bathroom fittings, it was modern and pristine.
The lift was very small. It barely fit two people with luggage. It was quite a squeeze!

good variety bedroom cleanliness lovely pool dated feel decor improvement shower update
i appreciated the food. breakfast included a good variety. staff seemed professional. the bedroom was clean. a lovely pool area was available too.
the bedroom felt dated. i noticed that it needs some improvements on the decor. showers should be updated in the rooms. the main eating area seemed very 80s in style

the food was good i found the service efficient the pool was great it was clean and accessible. my standard double room was adequate i appreciated the air conditioning . the staff was attentive they addressed my needs promptly.
the public areas need refurbishment the soft furnishings appear worn.

stained chair small elevator
My stay had a few problems. The elevator was small and slow. Waiting was common. The restaurant furniture looked old and not very clean. There were stains on the chair and carpet in my room. I also noted there was no minibar.

lovely stay!
perfect pool attentive staff comfy beds enjoyable stay
I was charmed with the outdoor pool, it was perfect! the children played happily, and the sunbathing by the pool was really relaxing. the staff were polite. They were attentive to all our needs. the comfy beds ensured a good night's sleep.
i found our room a bit too warm, and i wasn't able to adjust the air conditioning, but it was a minor issue overall.

The reception staff were very nice, offering help and information with a smile. Their friendly demeanour added a personal touch. pradeep provided very cute service with our food and drink, we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
