faulty air conditioninguncomfortable warmth
the air conditioning was problematic. it repeatedly switched off. staff insisted it would restart, but this did not happen overnight. the room became uncomfortably warm as a result..

Just Okay, Some Issues Noticed
broken tvpoor service
The TV in the room didnt function right. I reported it a couple times but it wasnt fixed. There was no update and no apologies from the staff, even though I paid for this service. To top it off, the cleaners didn't bother to come at all during my two nights. Problems with the lift added to my frustration. You had to scan your room card before pressing the floor number. Nobody bothered to explain this.
