Decent Stay

fantastic locationwarm welcomeclean roomrude staffunhelpful servicedelayed access
The hotel has a fantastic location for trips to the pier. The receptionist warmly welcomed me upon arrival and provided all necessary details. My room was very clean and well decorated... It was also a great size for my needs.
The staff on reception seemed rude and unhelpful. I had requested an early room prior to arrival because I needed to change for a wedding. The receptionist said all rooms were full, and I had to wait until three. I had to change quickly in disabled toilets because no room was ready.

I received a complimentary upgrade. I enjoyed a large room. The room included a view of the coast and park area. The bed was very comfy with excellent pillows. I slept wonderfully.
The housekeeping was not great. I had to buy milk outside. I had to collect toilet rolls from reception. The room could have used a vacuuming, as I stayed for four days.
