“Hotel Du Vin & Bistro Brighton, housed in a beautiful old building, strikes me as a blend of Gothic and Tudor styles with modern comforts; the location, near Brighton Beach and the Lanes, is undeniably perfect. The rooms are cosy and well-equipped, and I particularly appreciate the on-site Bistro du Vin, known for its French-inspired cuisine, but the price may be a consideration. It's a stylish urban retreat, but be aware of potential parking challenges.”

The location is very central, near shops, restaurants and the beach. I found ample towels and luxury toiletries in the super clean room. The bar has a cigar patio on the 2nd floor (quite unique!).

incorrect cocktailinedible potato
The bar did not have the mixers I prefer I like Schweppes. The barman had never heard of Fino Sherry. My cocktail was not correctly made as it had tonic instead of soda. One roast potato was black and inedible and there was no apology when I pointed it out
