Rooms: Simple and Considered
The Pilgrm features 73 guestrooms, each offering a mix of timber and carpet flooring. Rooms include custom steel-worked fittings and aluminum-and-brass lamps. Beds have handmade mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets. The rooms do not have air conditioning; instead, there are electric fans. Rooms have opening windows, reclaimed cast iron radiators, a hanging space for clothes, a laptop safe, a hairdryer, natural bespoke toiletries, a television (except in the Bunks), Marshall Bluetooth Speaker, superfast Wi-Fi, and filtered water. There are several types of rooms: Bunk Rooms (Single bunk-beds - Up to 2 adults, Average size 7sqm), Small Single Rooms (Single bed - For 1 adult, Average size 7sqm), Medium Rooms (135x190cm mattress - Up to 2 adults, Average size 12sqm-13sqm), and Large Rooms (king or super-king beds, Average size 14sqm).
Pilgrm: Dining and Drinks
The Pilgrm has a lounge and terrace where guests can have tea, coffee, breakfast, brunch, snack plates, and cocktails. A Mexican-inspired menu with Latin flavors is available, complemented by Mirror Margarita creations, including their classic made with luxury blanco tequila and citrus. Dishes include Avocado Toast with guacamole, frijoles, poached eggs, slow roast pasilla chilli toms, tomatillo salsa, and cheese. There is also a line of pre-mixed cocktails in recyclable glass bottles from friends at Three Sheets. A free mineral water station is in the café for refilling bottles, and each guest receives a BPE-free reusable water bottle on arrival.
Leisure and Art
The Pilgrm has a lounge with club chairs and marble tops. A first-floor lounge has books. The hotel showcases an art collection, including works by Janette Beckman in the permanent collections of the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture, the Museum of the City of New York, and the British National Portrait Gallery, plus works by Keith Cunningham, Peter Denmark, Christopher Fernandez, Karen Thomas, and Marcus Aitken. The hotel has weekly rates starting at £350 for 7 nights in a medium room.
Location and Transport
The Pilgrm is in Paddington, next to Norfolk Square. It is near Paddington Station, which has the Heathrow Express to Heathrow Airport, plus trains. Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens are nearby.

The Pilgrm provides online check-in. Guests receive a glass of sparkling Austrian white from Newcomer Wines or Kalkspitz from Christoph Hoch on arrival. Housekeeping changes bed linen on request or every 5 days during longer stays. Bottomless hot chocolate is available each day of a visit when booking with code WINTER. The hotel allows dogs in designated 'dog-friendly' bedrooms for an additional cost of £30 per night (maximum size of dog allowed is 10kg, only one dog is allowed per room, maximum of three dogs staying overnight at any one time).
