the staff provided quick assistance with all requests. the location is very central allowing easy access to nearby attractions. i found the room clean upon arrival. breakfast had fresh food daily.

The room was super tidy it had lovely decor. the kitchen was tiny but brilliantly set up. It had everything i needed to prepare a meal at home. i appreciated the good free coffee in the foyer as well.
drilling noises disrupted the peace.

Many shops and restaurants were easily accessible near the premises. holborn underground station is located close by. It provides convenient access to various parts of the city. several theaters are within walking distance.

The location is superb. It is a short walk from the tube station. The lobby offers amazing coffee and water refills. The room included quality towels, toiletries, and a good shower. It also had all things needed like a fridge and hairdryer.
The soundproofing was not good. I could hear noise from above and around me. The elevator was not working despite repeated requests to fix it. Housekeeping was infrequent. I stayed for only 3 nights. I was not eligible for the service.
