Acceptable Stay, BUT some issues

unresponsive thermostat uncleaned floor

The location near King's Cross station was convenient (a HUGE plus for early morning departures).

I found the room temperature impossible to regulate. The first night, the room felt freezing that was frustrating. The thermostat seemed unresponsive. The floor didn't look like it had been properly vacuumed.

The room was too small. I felt the price did not match the value offered. the lack of an elevator was also a significant inconvenience.

cool vibe friendly staff convenient location

the hotel has nice decor and a cool steampunk vibe. the staff was helpful and friendly during check-in. the location is very convenient, especially after arriving at king's cross station. i was able to walk to the hotel in less than five minutes.

the hotel room descriptions are not entirely accurate because they failed to mention a very steep staircase. this proved difficult because there is no elevator.

the bar selections included some superb options and it was centrally located. the breakfast and bar area are comfortable. the calm atmosphere offers a great start to a busy day.

the hotel is conveniently located near king's cross and st pancras station. it is also set back in a quieter area of the neighborhood. it provides easy access to the underground and eurostar.

coffee and tea are available from the main area and this is a nice perk. i was able to leave my bags until check-in which was amazing. there were water in the fridge and coffee and tea facilities.
