The staff were helpful and friendly. It looks very nice and comfy now. Taurna at reception was especially polite, and she helped with extra pillows.

The twin room was spacious , clean, and well kept, offering a great experience. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night. I found the soundproof glass helpful in keeping the room quiet , even facing the square.

The hotel is central to buses from major locations, and the subway is very comfortable. The location is excellent and close to many shops and places of interest. The hotel's location is definitely a huge benefit , with the underground opposite.

The hotel offers luxurious services, ensuring a very cute and friendly environment. There is sound proof glass in the rooms. This keeps noise to a minimum. I found everything to be of a high standard. All facilities were well kept.

The breakfast was deliciously set out , and Sofia ensured a lovely experience. The hotel provides a continental breakfast , located on a different floor. There is a good restaurant that provides tasty cuisine , and the restaurant is an ideal asset.

central location with excellent staff
generous sizecomfortable bedfront facing club room
the rooms feel generous in size with comfortable beds i appreciated the good sized window that opens in each room the staff were warm friendly and helpful i would stay there again because of the good service. we managed to book the front facing club room it was spacious clean and well maintained it was a great experience for my wife and me.
