easy access friendly staff clean room kitchen facilities
The location is near Aldgate East Station. Access to various destinations is convenient. The staff members were cute and friendly. I found the room clean. The available kitchen facilities met my needs.
I noticed only a minor issue. The shower design allowed water to leak onto the bathroom floor after each use. Maintenance was unavailable, preventing immediate repair.

bright rooms large rooms helpful staff cigarette smoke poor air quality elevator delays
The rooms are bright and large. The decor is excellent. I found the staff helpful and they were able to show me rooms, so I could find the perfect one. The location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation.
My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I believe someone had been smoking inside. I informed the front desk, and they had housekeeping air it out, but the smell persisted. There was only one elevator working , causing significant delays.

tube station friendly staff
the location was near the tube station. the room had what i needed. the staff was also friendly, it made things better.
the tv did not work. i tried to use chrome cast but it was not working well. the tv kept turning off.

the studio room included a small kitchenette area. it included a microwave and a stovetop. there was also a refrigerator for storing groceries, it was very practical.

cigarette smoke thin walls
The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Someone had clearly been smoking inside. I reported this, and housekeeping attempted to air it out, but it did not eliminate the smell. As there is no daily housekeeping, such activity goes unnoticed. The walls seemed thin. Noise traveled easily. Only one elevator was functional, resulting in numerous stops across all 21 floors when descending to the lobby.

convenient station equipped kitchen suite privacy
I loved the proximity to Aldgate East station. It made getting around super easy!!! The suite itself was fantastic!!! It had a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Plus, the closing doors between the kitchen and living room offered great privacy.
The ventilation system made a strange noise throughout the night, even with the AC turned off.

Fantastic Stay!
full kitchen sustainable approach
The studio had a full kitchen. It included a dishwasher and washing machine. The staff gives guests a treat bag at check-in. Rooms were not cleaned daily, I appreciate this. I only had to ask if cleaning service was desired. It was very easy and more sustainable.
The couch fabric felt itchy. The bed made noise on one side. The dryer did not work after maintenance checked it. This affected my stay as laundry was a key reason I booked here.

The coffee shop staff had a bad attitude. I requested coffee in real cups and it was difficult for the barista. This seemed like too much effort for them.

central location public transport great cafe
I REALLY liked the central location. It was very close to public transport. I walked to several restaurants and shops. I found a great cafe downstairs. It was a BIG plus. The staff was great!
