The staff displayed good quality and were helpful. One staff member even allowed me to call a hospital abroad to check on my mother. I appreciated that SOOO much!!!

I encountered an issue with the bathroom door. It genuinely did not close properly, so i had to leave it open. The breakfast was plentiful, but it was not particularly great tasting.

the room was quite spacious and tidy. all the staff were fantastic , and i especially appreciated the iron and ironing board in the room. there was also a hair dryer and sofa , which was useful.

the breakfast was not great tasting , and the orange juice was really poor. the bathroom door did not close properly , which was uncomfortable. i also thought that the price was quite high for a budget hotel.

I found the staff very polite and helpful. My room was spotlessly clean and spacious. I also noted good quality toiletries were in the bathroom. The receptionist Jacob was very attentive and also knowledgeable about the local area.

I did notice the breakfast orange juice was of a poor standard.

Breakfast had a good variety. There was a hot breakfast with many options. I saw a coffee machine available for use. The dining area was well-kept and clean each morning.

Staff members were polite. They dealt with requests professionally. The receptionist was very helpful. I was able to check in one hour earlier than the usual time.

the staff was friendly.

the room was not very comfortable, i felt it lacked air conditioning. they told me it was broken upon arrival, disappointing since i couldn't cancel. the shower's hot water varied, one minute it was hot, the next it was cool (not fun at all).
