good quality helpful staff very nice staff bathroom door poor breakfast
The staff displayed good quality and were helpful. One staff member even allowed me to call a hospital abroad to check on my mother. I appreciated that SOOO much!!!
I encountered an issue with the bathroom door. It genuinely did not close properly, so i had to leave it open. The breakfast was plentiful, but it was not particularly great tasting.

empty buffet watered down juice
The hot buffet was empty on most mornings . Staff only replenished items sporadically. The watered down juice was an additional disappointment. It did not taste like juice.

basic stay, some minor issues
spacious room tidy room helpful staff poor juice uncomfortable door high price
the room was quite spacious and tidy. all the staff were fantastic , and i especially appreciated the iron and ironing board in the room. there was also a hair dryer and sofa , which was useful.
the breakfast was not great tasting , and the orange juice was really poor. the bathroom door did not close properly , which was uncomfortable. i also thought that the price was quite high for a budget hotel.

fresh pastries strong coffee easy access
the breakfast included fresh pastries and strong coffee it was a good start to each day of our stay. i found the location allowed easy access to nearby parks and gardens a peaceful escape. our room was refreshed daily with meticulous care leaving it pristine.

Fantastic short stay
clean room helpful staff good toiletries
I found the staff very polite and helpful. My room was spotlessly clean and spacious. I also noted good quality toiletries were in the bathroom. The receptionist Jacob was very attentive and also knowledgeable about the local area.
I did notice the breakfast orange juice was of a poor standard.

Breakfast had a good variety. There was a hot breakfast with many options. I saw a coffee machine available for use. The dining area was well-kept and clean each morning.

Staff members were polite. They dealt with requests professionally. The receptionist was very helpful. I was able to check in one hour earlier than the usual time.

The double room felt spacious. Quality toiletries were available. The beds are really comfortable. I found coffee and tea making facilities available in the room.

The hotel is in a very convenient area. The hotel is situated very close to various transport options. I saw a good selection of shops nearby. On-site parking is available .

broken air conditioning variable hot water
the staff was friendly.
the room was not very comfortable, i felt it lacked air conditioning. they told me it was broken upon arrival, disappointing since i couldn't cancel. the shower's hot water varied, one minute it was hot, the next it was cool (not fun at all).
