Really good Hospitality and Design
helpful staff amazing design
The staff were helpful , assisting with directions and reservations. The hotel's design is amazing. I also appreciated the convenient location , close to many attractions and public transportation options.
I noticed some noise from the street during the night , impacting sleep quality. The soundproofing should be improved , especially for light sleepers. That way all future guests have a chance to enjoy a better rest during their trip.

The breakfast offered a diverse selection of pastries , fresh fruit , and hot dishes. The restaurant features an elegant ambiance , complete with beautiful decor and comfortable seating. I was grateful for the attentive service I received.

My Beautiful King Room included a comfortable king-sized bed and luxurious linens. The room also featured a well-stocked minibar and a modern entertainment system. I was pleased with the ample space and storage provided.

huge room friendly staff
I enjoyed the huge room. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night. I also appreciated the valet parking service. It made arrivals and departures stress-free. The hotel staff demonstrated friendliness throughout my stay.

quiet suite perfect location absent doorman long check-in
The suite was quiet and luxurious. The location was sneakily perfect, it was close to transportation and amenities.
the doorman wasn't there when i arrived. i wandered around searching for reception. The check-in took too long, and they didn't even explain checkout time or the key fob use in the lift, which caused issues later that evening.

charming stay
glass champagne early check-in clean room comfortable space
I found a lovely welcome upon arrival. a glass of champagne was offered right away, so nice. i check in earlier than expected, thanks to the staff. the room was clean and very comfortable. I reminded me of home.
service was mostly good, but i noticed a slight inconsistency at times. it wasn't a big deal, just a minor thing.

the hotel is near many shops. there are also restaurants within walking distance, so convenient. i could easily explore the surrounding area and find everything i needed without any trouble.

A Decent Stay
welcome drinks central location service charge lacking attention
The hotel provided welcome drinks upon arrival, a nice touch. The location is central, and I appreciated the proximity to many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
I noticed a sudden 5% service charge added to the room rate on the final bill , which I found unexpected. The reception attention felt lacking , as no one assisted with luggage during check-in or check-out.
