The Baptist Bar, set within the building's Grade II Listed chapel, is available for exclusive hire.

I found a lovely welcome upon arrival. a glass of champagne was offered right away, so nice. i check in earlier than expected, thanks to the staff. the room was clean and very comfortable. I seemed like home.
service was mostly good, but i noticed a slight inconsistency at times. it wasn't a big deal, just a minor thing.

the hotel is near many shops. there are also restaurants within walking distance, so convenient. i could easily explore the surrounding area and find everything i needed without any trouble.

the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. toni was particularly helpful with any requests i had. i felt well taken care of during the entire stay, what a treat.

The hotel provided welcome drinks upon arrival, a nice touch. The location is central, and I appreciated the proximity to many shops and restaurants within walking distance.
I noticed a sudden 5% service charge added to the room rate on the final bill , which I found unexpected. The reception attention felt lacking , as no one assisted with luggage during check-in or check-out.
