the room was large and generally clean.
Ordering room service was a test of patience. i called multiple times, but often no one answered, or it took hours to arrive. It was disruptive, beginning early each morning.

the hotel is directly across from green park. the room included two bottles of complimentary water daily. the staff were very attentive to any requests i had . i secured an upgrade and that was something i appreciated.
The elevator was a bit slow. it wasn't a major issue.

the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of pastries and hot items. there was also an omelet station. the dining area was clean and well kept and the staff was friendly and efficient. the coffee was freshly brewed, though the juice selection was fairly standard.

the doorman greeted us warmly, wishing us welcome. pedro handled our check-in. he was always happy and had a smile. we also talked to dayana, who was lovely. all employees did their best, and we were asked if we needed anything. the room was good, and i slept well.
drilling in the reception area was very loud. it was the same last year. the cream tea menu is set at £45 per person. i found this unacceptable.

the hotel is close to public transport. a lovely atmosphere exists. the staff welcomes you warmly. we were running late, but that was not a problem.

breakfast was included. we could pick from the menu and take from the buffet. there was fruit, bread, salad, pastries, yogurt, and cheese. the buffet offered avocado and poached eggs, delicious and served fast.
