i found the location convenient near the west end and covent garden. accommodations were spacious and unique differing from chain hotels. i appreciated the eclectic style and found it met my expectations well.

Unique stay in the heart of it all
unique decorfabulous balconygreat audio
the beautiful room had distinct decor, it was different from other hotels i have visited. the balcony provided a fabulous view of the surrounding area. the tv and audio setup in the room were great, offering the best quality i have experienced (i especially liked the sound system).
the reception area was a bit difficult to find initially since the hotel spans multiple buildings.

The hotel offers a 20% discount on food and drinks. the music volume in the bar was excessively loud was good. this high volume prevented us from fully utilizing the dining discount. next time i will bring earplugs.

the staff were consistently helpful throughout my stay. the butler service was especially great, providing personalized assistance and care (i found this particularly useful). the team's dedication enhanced the quality of my stay.

the hotel's location offered convenient access to many attractions. it is within walking distance of the west end, soho, and covent garden. i could easily reach trafalgar square too.
