easy exploration comfortable bed pancake maker clean room
The hotel is near aldgate east station. it made exploring simple. rooms were clean. I found the bed comfortable. the breakfast buffet included a pancake maker.
the corridors did have a noticeable musty smell, i noticed.

tube station comfortable bed
The location proved very useful. The tube station was close. a tesco express next door provided easy access to snacks. i found the room clean and quiet. The bed was also comfortable.
the pillows were too hard. i prefer softer ones.

Convenient Stay Near Transit Hub
central location clean room early check-in
The location is near Liverpool Street station a definite plus. The room was clean daily and all listed facilities were provided. I arrived early and the staff offered an early check-in without charge a gesture I appreciated.
The area around the hotel looked a bit scruffy . I would advise caution when walking alone at night. Better street maintenance is necessary.

The hotel provides easy access to transport links as metro and bus stations are available. Liverpool Street train station is only ten minutes away so getting around the area is very practical.

The staff provided quick responses to requests via text. The hotel has a great location near the Underground station. I found a Tesco store in the same building, very convenient. The room was quiet despite the central location, a plus.
The bathroom door was a little hard to manage. It needed some extra effort to slide it open and shut completely.

The Family Room included comfortable beds and the housekeeping services maintained the room daily. It was also neat, modern, and very comfortable, giving us a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. We found it really convenient for a family with young children.

excellent location metro station clean bathroom
the location was excellent near a tesco express. the aldgate east metro station was very close. check-in was quick. the bathroom was clean.
the breakfast menu stayed the same for my entire stay

breakfast included hash browns. breakfast also offered cumberland sausage, however i did not eat this. nearby 'jack the chipper' provided a good breakfast alternative should i want one.

the staff was friendly and efficient. abdullah quickly emailed another invoice when i needed it. chris/isabella and marina were also helpful and service oriented i thought they did very well.

the room was basic. the room was silent allowing for good sleep. the shower rooms are pods i found them spacious. the room still felt spacious despite the pod.

attentive team subway station vegetarian choices friendly staff
the receptionist team, yash and mady, helped me a lot, they were attentive and kind, it felt good. the hotel location was close to the subway stations, very easy to get around. breakfast included tasty options including vegetarian choices. the staff at the bar were also very friendly and professional, a plus .
the music in the lounge area was a bit loud for my taste.

the hotel benefits from a very convenient location, just next to aldgate east tube station, so it was easy getting around. tesco express is also nearby for quick shopping. there are many restaurants and cafes, that makes meals simple.

Breakfast is served at fixed times, beginning at 7:00 am on weekdays and 7:30 am on weekends, i found it limiting on some days. breakfast included vegetarian options. Also gluten-free choices are available. the hotel offers luggage storage, although there is a charge per item.

My room offered a double-size bed. I thought it was very confortable. the room was generally clean on arrival. i noticed there were no face towels initially. I needed to request those at reception.
