The breakfast buffet included many tasty options, i found it amazing. the location suited my needs well. It was very close to the underground station. jeena and fatima, the receptionists, were patient. Their attention to detail created a seamless check-in process. i also appreciated how quiet my room was.
The mini bar in my room was empty. This was a disappointment since i had paid a premium rate.

the hotel offered convenient access to tower hill underground station, it was located just a one-minute walk away. tower bridge and the tower of london are also within easy reach. the area felt quiet and calm.

The staff provided excellent customer support and were genuinely polite, especially at breakfast. jeena and fatima at reception were helpful and patient. They answered all my questions. their professionalism made the check-in stress-free.

The hotel featured storage facilities behind reception, this allowed luggage storage before check-in. a water purification device was available in the hall. I didn't need to buy bottled water. there are multiple power outlets and usb-c ports in the room.
