the hotel location is perfect for exploring. the play area was great. the hotel was super clean and quiet. the rooms were clean and nice, its a good stay. i loved this hotel and would return again.
the receptionist spoke quietly. it made things difficult to hear.

The room had a good size and standard. I was very pleased. I found the beds very comfy and the breakfast was nice. The restaurant menu was simple and tasty. I found the price a bit high but this is normal. Location is great. It has a good access. All staff are friendly.

The manager Anna and Victoria provided friendly service. Mr Ardit was amazing. Radha was also loving, and the service made me very comfortable. I appreciate their hospitality a lot.

The hotel features hearty breakfasts with a wide selection of dishes. I liked it. The breakfasts provided a satisfying start to the day. The restaurant menu has different options, so everybody can select the one they like.

The hotel offered refreshing water at the entrance. I found this very nice. The rooms were always clean, thanks to the excellent housekeeping service. A kettle with tea and coffee was available for me.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. I was able to visit many places. Convenient bus stops near the hotel make travel easy. Lambeth Pier is nearby. The hotel is near Westminster bridge.
