the staff offered a complimentary upgrade, good! the food ordered through room service arrived quickly and tasted wonderful. i noticed a children's play area that seemed well-thought-out and was very clean.
the minibar did not chill drinks as effectively as i would have liked.

The noise at night was disruptive. I could hear bins being emptied and employees moving cleaning carts, it affected my sleep a little.

The room had a good size and standard. I was very pleased. I found the beds very comfy and the breakfast was nice. The restaurant menu was simple and tasty. I found the price a bit high but this is normal. Location is great. It has a good access. All staff are friendly.
