great locationunfriendly checkoutdusty room
the location was great (i really mean it).
My 'superior queen room' wasn't superior at all, or at least not clean. I found dust under the bed. also, the checkout staff seemed rather unfriendly. A simple goodbye would have been nice. (was it too much to ask?)

perfect location for everything

the LOCATION was awesome. it was at a walking distance from many attractions. I took a nice walk to the British museum in 20 minutes. a ton of restaurants are close by. the staff is amazing. they are super helpful and friendly.
the bathroom drains WERE clogged. the rooms were pricey and small. breakfast was also expensive at 25 GBP per head. Given the rates, breakfast should have been included.

There IS a water filler for bottles in the hallway. it has ability to leave bags before and after check in. check out time of 12 is great. That is a definite convenience.

the rooms ARE quiet. the hotel gives access to the Club Quarters. this made it a perfect choice for a family group. it included two teenagers so space was welcome.
