the location was central and very convenient. i had easy access to public transport. the hotel lounge provides a quiet place with complimentary coffee. the lounge was a beautiful area and i enjoyed the space.
the air conditioning system lacked instructions making it difficult to operate.

I found great service from the front desk team. They couldn't do enough to. The hotel also boasts a superb location. I appreciated the friendly welcome from staff.
My room did lack a little in cleanliness. There were old food and used tissues underneath the sofa.

the room was spacious enough for all luggage i liked that the bathroom included two separate sinks there was also a rainfall shower. the hotel provided 24/7 refreshments in the club room it had meeting rooms and desks.
the gym was relatively well-equipped though i noticed some dust on the skirting boards

the location was amazing for seeing popular attractions. i had easy access to transportation and everything was very close. the staff were friendly and always able to help me with my questions. the complimentary water bottle fill stations on each floor were a nice touch. i also liked the free laundry facilities.
the room looked tired and could use an update. i noticed a few stains on the carpet which was not pleasant. the breakfast was disappointing. i felt the food lacked flavour and looked unappetizing. the coffee machines were also often out of service.

the location was great (i really mean it).
My 'superior queen room' wasn't superior at all, or at least not clean. I found dust under the bed. also, the checkout staff seemed rather unfriendly. A simple goodbye would have been nice. (was it too much to ask?)

perfect location for everything

the LOCATION was awesome. it was at a walking distance from many attractions. I took a nice walk to the British museum in 20 minutes. a ton of restaurants are close by. the staff is amazing. they are super helpful and friendly.
the bathroom drains WERE clogged. the rooms were pricey and small. breakfast was also expensive at 25 GBP per head. Given the rates, breakfast should have been included.

There IS a water filler for bottles in the hallway. it has ability to leave bags before and after check in. check out time of 12 is great. That is a definite convenience.

the rooms ARE quiet. the hotel gives access to the Club Quarters. this made it a perfect choice for a family group. it included two teenagers so space was welcome.
