The location is quite convenient. The hotel is easily accessible. This aspect met my basic expectations.
The cleanliness was far from ideal. I noticed the coffee cups were not replaced. The tea bags were not replenished either. toilet paper was scarce. This required me to request more, inconvenient.

The room was a good size. A good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits were available. I found the staff very helpful.
The pillows were a bit flat for me. They were not very comfortable. A stench came from the bathroom into the room and it got worse during the night.

the breakfast had many choices and seemed high quality.
the pool was not relaxing at all it was like an aquarium with children jumping and screaming constantly i left early because it was awful plus machines in the gym were not working which ruined my routine hair and mildew were in my bath when i tried running it the side table was also filthy
