the staff was friendly, it was like i was at home. bright colors and a cute staff really helped after a long days of travel. i also loved the room.
the toilet in my room broked twice . it was not fixed when they told me it would be, so i was unable to settle in. my only option was to use the facilities on the ground floor, this was very inconvenient.

stylish and well-equipped
great locationdistrict linecramped kitchen
the staff stored our bags when we arrived early. the hotel was in a great location to get to the downtown area. it was a short walk to the district line underground station! also, the lobby had a great little cafe and bar.
the room was disappointing and lacked tea, water and coffee. the mugs were dirty with stains, and the kitchen area was cramped. there was also no body wash available for use.

The hotel is near public transport! it is easily walkable to many attractions. the neighborhood offers a mix of local food options and cultural experiences. It is very accessible.

The staff was super friendly. They stored our bags upon our early arrival. i found them helpful with directions. i really felt comfortable because of their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any requests.

The hotel has an excellent cafe that offers a variety of options. There is also an outdoor garden. the restaurant menu is limited, but the pizza was excellent, and the atmosphere is really great.
