The location is amazing, I could walk to many attractions. The staff was attentive and helpful . The room was clean and quite spacious (a real plus!). Breakfast provided great quality and offered plentiful options.
I found the service in the bar area a little slow. It required some patience during peak hours.

the staff was very friendly. i especially appreciated the efficient valet parking, at a cost of £30 per night (very convenient). the hotel offers easy access to various dining options.
the shower was old. it seemed in need of repair. i also found the connected room had poor sound isolation through the door, leading to a noisy night. (i wish i had reported it)

The shower was old and in need of repair. it wasn't just a minor thing. It reminded me of i was using something from ages ago. worse, i had a connected room. There was no sound isolation through that door. the neighbors were unbelievably noisy all night! i had a horrible night, something i'd expect from a cheap motel, not a supposed four-star hotel. the restaurant staff wasn't pleasant, either. i came to breakfast late, but that doesn't mean one can't be polite and nice about informing me of that fact.

the breakfast selection impressed me it offered varied choices and ample portions the room contained two double beds and all essential amenities were present my stay was for business and the central location proved convenient the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel was also easy to navigate.
the tea and coffee facilities in my room were minimal the quantity of provisions seemed limited extra supplies were obtained from reception however this required an additional step.

the breakfast was amazing and had so much choice. the location were very good and close to everything. i have stayed here before and i liked the room so much.
the air conditioning aren't working and they didn't fix it for all three nights. no one answered the phone at reception, room service, or concierge. it took a long period to provide the requested service and i had to go downstairs because they weren't answering.
