The breakfast selection was fresh with cooked items plus fruit.
The room was not cleaned properly one day, disappointing. I had to remind staff at 6:30 PM after a long day, then it was only partially cleaned. Some towels, toilet paper, and tissues were missing. This required a trip back to reception.

The room included individual climate control and blackout curtains. the provided toiletries were from a named brand. a minibar stocked with various drinks was available. i also appreciated the fast, reliable wifi. It.
the gym equipment felt somewhat dated, with noticeable wear and tear on the treadmills. i hope they upgrade it soon. the gym was very small and didn't have much equipment.

the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. luca really stood out, he was so cute. the outdoor garden restaurant was a nice touch, we loved that we could store our luggage after checking out to explore a bit more.
i was a bit disappointed with the balcony, it overlooked the river, but it wasn't very clean. the wood and railing seemed a bit worn. the room had a strange smell. i think it smelled like dog wee, i am not sure what it was though
