The location offered easy access to the river. I found a lovely outdoor dining area perfect. Breakfast included great options. The hotel provided various dining choices, which I found convenient.
I had a slight issue. A menu for room service was requested but never delivered to the room.

the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. luca really stood out, he was so cute. the outdoor garden restaurant was a nice touch, we loved that we could store our luggage after checking out to explore a bit more.
i was a bit disappointed with the balcony, it overlooked the river, but it wasn't very clean. the wood and railing seemed a bit worn. the room had a strange smell. i think it smelled like dog wee, i am not sure what it was though
