amazing breakfast luxurious rooms hotel proximity
the breakfast was amazing. rooms were luxurious. the hotel's proximity to the tube and Tower was REALLY convenient.
the air conditioning stopped working overnight and the room became unbearably hot.

quick check-in complimentary upgrade stocked mini-fridge free wi-fi
Check-in was quick and efficient. I received a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor. The room included a mini-fridge stocked with refreshments and snacks. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel. IT WAS strong.
The elevator was occasionally a little slow during peak hours. I sometimes waited a few minutes.

The staff at the front desk were always available and helpful. I appreciated that they addressed every query promptly. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Their suggestions enhanced my experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport options. Multiple bus routes stop within a short walking distance of the entrance. The proximity to several key attractions makes it easy to explore the city. I could WALK everywhere.

decent location, disappointing details
privacy lacking uncomfortable sink
the location proved convenient, as it offered proximity to the tube and tower.
I found the bathroom design lacking. The barn-style sliding door offered minimal privacy. additionally, the toilet was positioned uncomfortably close to the small sink, and it felt off.

perfect location fresh water clean hotel
the location was perfect for my needs. i really appreciated the readily available fresh water and ice. the hotel also smelled amazing and was very clean, it was a very modern and fresh experience.
the lack of a concierge upon arrival was inconvenient , especially after a long flight with luggage.

a tender embrace in the city
king room natural light modern decor
the king room i stayed in was beautifully designed. large windows let in natural light, and the modern decor. housekeeping kept everything super clean. i really appreciated the usb ports next to the bed, such a thoughtful touch for a modern traveller.
The bathroom design wasn't ideal. A sliding door offered limited privacy. the toilet was close to the sink. it was not the most comfortable arrangement. i wish there had been a bit more space and better separation in the bathroom area.

inadequate air conditioning bathroom door stains
The air conditioning was not performing adequately. My room became uncomfortably warm during the night, I found it hard to rest well. I also found some stains on the bathroom door. This detracted from the overall cleanliness I generally observed.
