Select apartments feature Tower Bridge and City Hall views from glass and steel balconies or floor-to-ceiling Kestrel windows. Bathrooms offer free toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. Some three-bedroom apartments combine an interconnecting one-bedroom apartment with a family-sized two-bedroom apartment.

disappointing service overshadowed the stay

broken washing machine unfixed valve

the air conditioning barely worked in my room and i had to ask multiple times for it to be fixed. nobody informed me of the failed repair attempts. later, i discovered the washing machine was broken. instead of offering laundry service, they just offered another apartment. it seemed like a constant struggle to get basic amenities working.

fantastic stay near tower bridge

great river view convenient location black cab station no waiting

i enjoyed a great river view from the room. the location is convenient, with tower near by! all attractions are within walking distance. i noticed a black cab station at the hotel entrance, it saved a lot of time during rush hour, there was no waiting for a taxi.

The check-in process felt a bit cumbersome. And the questioning about the second guest's early arrival seemed unnecessary even though our reservation covered both of us.

excellent stay with river views

immaculate rooms high standard close attention

i always appreciate the immaculate rooms. the high standard of service. kestas and lorainne paid close attention to detail. their willingness to assist greatly enhanced my visit. i look forward to my future trips.

during my stay, i noted roadworks in the immediate area. this caused very bad traffic. these conditions made getting around slightly difficult at times.

okay stay, some issues arose.

flickering lights broken washing machine

The room had flickering lights, that was quite annoying. also, the washing machine broke on the last night. they offered another apartment for laundry, but a five-star place should really have its own laundry service, i think. there was no follow-up on the light issue either. It reminded me of things were just ignored.

I stayed in a superior one-bedroom apartment. the room was very spacious and clean. It had a luxurious feel. i also appreciated the restaurant nearby.

Staff seemed a bit inflexible at check in. They did not let me get my room even 15 minutes early.
