The location is very accessible. The hotel is beside the train station and close to the bus stops!!! I felt relaxed in the room. The staff were helpful, and the room was clean!!!

charmed Stay Near Greenwich
useful fridgefriendly staffconstant noise
the location is quite convenient for exploring nearby areas the underground parking was particularly useful with its ev charging station. i found the reception staff friendly. the room included a fridge, very practical for storing drinks and snacks it was also clean, warm, and provided ample space.
my room faced the railway station there was constant noise from trains until midnight. this made it difficult to sleep, despite the windows being closed. the noise significantly detracted from my overall experience

breakfast includes many choices the quality is good, though i did notice that the pastries are standard, mass-produced items. the restaurant offers a variety of cuisines, many with an asian influence, though some portions are a bit small.

the hotel is close to train and dlr stations it offers simple transport to the city center, although the trip takes approximately 45 minutes. there is no coffee machine in standard rooms the tvs are not smart, limiting streaming capabilities.

fantastic team and convenient location
excellent servicegood transportqueen-sized bedweird smell
the staff at the bar provided excellent service! astha and dinesh were attentive. the location offers very good transport options, especially for reaching the center. the room included two queen-sized bedswith ample space.
i noticed a weird smell coming from the bathroom drains. the carpet had some hard spots. i hope this gets addressed soon.
