Pranik, a helpful Marriott member, upgraded my room. I had a Fine room, a superb bathroom, and a pleasant sitting area. Sophie and Sara arranged a surprise gift!
The lifts are quite slow, but i had a short wait and this was not a big deal.

My beautiful king room featured a comfortable king-sized bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The room included a mini-fridge stocked with beverages and snacks. It offered complimentary high-speed internet access throughout my stay.

The hotel provided convenient access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Green Park Station is a short walk away. Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park are also easily reachable from the hotel. It made exploring the area very simple.

The staff was professional and attentive. They provided assistance with luggage and directions immediately. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient. Team members were ALWAYS available to answer questions and accommodate requests.

The staff in the executive lounge was attentive. Priyanka, Molly, Paulina, and Mea showed dedication. The hotel's location is central. This is a MAJOR PLUS!!!
The elevator system seemed inadequate. Waiting for a lift was a test of patience. The telephone in my room malfunctioned. This was a BIG inconvenience.

the location is very central. it is only a few minutes walk from green park station. i was also close to green park itself, a royal park. i booked a superior room and it was a larger size, which i appreciated!!!
the minibar was present. its offerings reminded me of a somewhat dated approach though.
