I enjoyed the breakfast service. It was quite good. the food tasted fresh. atsede and harshi provided warm hospitality and attentive service. i found this.
upon arrival, i noticed there was no drinking water in my room. the front desk informed me they were out of stock. daily amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not replenished promptly. i had to wait two hours for a toothbrush one night, only to be told they were out of dental kits and i'd have to wait until the next day.

Maribel and Cristina greeted me with warmth. they ensured i reminded me of family. the service was DREAMLIKE. I felt completely pampered and cared for, a feeling i'll cherish. it was MAGICAL!
the minibar fridge was empty. it slightly detracted from the overall feeling of luxury. i hope they address this small detail soon.

the rooms had a beautiful walk-in shower with great water pressure. i also enjoyed the tea service in the loungewith at least 10 different teas. it was amazing!!!
