the hotel feels like a retreat. it has thoughtful interiors. the calm atmosphere started. my superior park view room was worth the upgrade. it was spacious and quiet. it featured a lovely view of parker's piece.
a minor inconvenience occurred. the tv had small grey graphics. this made channel selection difficult from bed.

the gym had decent equipment for a workout. i saw several cardio machines. i also noted a selection of weight training options. the gym maintained a clean environment for all guests.

I adored the spacious, clean bathroom, it felt luxurious. the comfortable bed ensured restful nights. i appreciated the helpful and efficient staff. Their service was perfect.

good pressure nice toiletries delicious breakfast small window poor aesthetics inefficient sink
the shower had good pressure and i found the toiletries quite nice. breakfast was delicious. i thought the location was perfect for exploring.
my superior room was smaller than advertised, i was a bit disappointed. the window to the side of the room added to the claustrophobia, unfortunately. the sink did not drain efficiently, a slight inconvenience.

underwhelming stay
poor view slow service
i had some issues . my room's window faced directly onto a wall this obscured any natural light. i requested a room change but the alternative offered had a similar view. the breakfast was also disappointing with burnt toast and slow service.

large stain dated room
the staff was generally very kind and helpful. it was acceptable i suppose.
The room itself felt dated, not quite what i expected. my room had a large stain on the floor right when you entered it, a good welcome. it definitely didn't help the ambience. It added to the feeling that the rooms are old and not well kept, a true disappointment.
