the hotel had a great character, very unique. the location was also good for visiting hyde park.
i found a surprise on the bill, a service charge they tried to add even though breakfast was included. the rooms need constant upkeep because parts of the water faucets were falling off. it was a disappointing end.

The location worked wonderfully for my Royal Albert Hall visit. The staff was wonderful and did a great job. The hotel itself is grand. I found the bar very atmospheric.
I found the water pressure quite low in my room, so the toilet do not flush well.

The staff offer full waiter breakfast service with plenty of choice. Emma greetings at breakfast were charming. Giorgio and Christian were also helpful at the concierge desk.

The hotel provides a superb location. It is close to Royal Albert Hall. Kensington Park are nearby too, good.

My upgraded room featured beautiful furnishings. A very comfortable bed also. The bathroom includes great water pressure. Good closet space was available.

Breakfast was included in the room rate. The breakfast room was beautiful. Service was unhurried but efficient with many choices. Freshly squeezed orange juice were available.

The hotel include a warm inviting bar. There is a comfortable library too. A Rolling Stones photographic exhibition shows now. The public areas are great.

The front desk staff offered a seamless check-in process. I found a complimentary upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. I enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurantwith prompt service.
The gym equipment was a little outdated.
