a decent stay
lovely staff clean room small room no seating
I really loved the staff. They were lovely and cute. the room was clean and perfect for my family. the layout meant it reminded me of two rooms in one. there were even tvs either side, great. the bathroom was also lovely!
i found the room to be small for what i paid, it was pretty shocking. i could hear the neighbors walking around upstairs until 3am. there was a strange smell on arrival. there was also no outdoor seating area, though it was advertised.

amazing stay!
clean hotel friendly staff great vibe
the hotel was super clean! the staff were very friendly. i loved the vibe in the hotel. it felt a bit away from things, but it was ideal since i was going to the o2.
i would have liked teaspoons in the room for tea making. wooden sticks were available instead.

The room featured usb charging ports and european sockets, very useful. a kettle with coffee and tea was also in the room. the sound insulation was effective when the window was closed. I barely heard planes or trains.

artificial cocktail weak shower
The cocktail they offered upon arrival tasted very artificial and overly sweet, lacking any real gin flavor. also, i did not find the bed very comfortable, even though there were four pillows available. the shower pressure was unfortunately quite weak. It really detracted from the experience. it made it hard to properly wash my hair.
