the location was central, convenient for getting around.
I called for tea and cake one afternoon (after shopping). i noticed the staff seemed bored. Some gossiped behind the bar. the earl grey tea was weak, served in a large pot with too little tea. it took a while to complain and replace it with a flat white.

great vibe
I really appreciated how close the hotel was to everything i wanted to see. It made exploring so easy. the staff was always ready to help. i especially liked the hotel bar because it seemed like locals enjoyed spending time there too. It really gave the place a great vibe.

The luxury room featured a comfortable bed and stylish decor. It created a relaxing atmosphere. the room also included a modern bathroom with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was perfect for unwinding after a day out. amenities included a tv and complimentary wi-fi.

The hotel sits in a central location near many popular attractions. It made getting around very easy. several shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Guests had a lot to explore nearby. the outdoor dining area was a bonus.

The hotel had a bowling alley, that was a surprise. The location is in a slightly better spot. I also consider the quality of details excellent in the rooms and common areas.
I once asked for tea and cake and I noticed staff members gossiping. This tea was weak and a small amount of tea was used. It took time to get someone and complain.

The staff provided immediate responses to requests and they were smiling. The service was both professional and warm during all the hours. The personnel was service oriented.

The hotel has a super location and it is excellent for exploring the city. The hotel's location suited our intended activities. It's centrally located and is quietly tucked away near Soho.

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh produce of high quality. I found the hotel bar very lively during the evenings. There is also an outdoor dining area, a bonus.
