The buffet breakfast included many options. The room was very clean. The hotel's decor created a relaxed atmosphere.
The television would not turn off. It stayed on until maintenance fixed it the next day.

the family suite was excellent. it provided ample space for everyone. the breakfast included a lovely selection of items. the staff were cute upon our arrival.
the room design was lovely but quite dark. there were only small lamps by the bed and mirror. half the room lacked sufficient light, impacting work and reading. cleaning could have been better because i noticed some hairs on shower tiles.

the staff was really nice. i like the breakfast, it have a great spread. reception have a quirky area, its very unique.
the plug points did not work. my phone battery was dead because it couldnt charge it. the room smallness and only one chair made it difficult.

the location was very convenient. The staff went out of their way to help. The room was clean and spacious.

theatre decorations cute staff vegan croissants
the hotel is close to london bridge underground station. theatre decorations are striking in the reception area. staff displayed cute attitudes. breakfast provided many options, including vegan croissants.
I felt hand towels would be useful. We only had bath sheets and a bath mat.

The hotel lobby decor immediately caught my eye. The theatrical theme was well done. staff members were helpful and always available when needed. the breakfast buffet had a good variety and included fresh pastries. my room was clean and well kept, i appreciated the complimentary popcorn.

I am grateful that the hotel provided coffee machine in the room. An iron and board were also there. I found the room to be clean. The location worked well for access to the Thames. I appreciated the staff's helpful assistance.
The car parking charge seemed more than indicated on signage in the actual car park.
