the hotel is close to london bridge underground station. theatre decorations are striking in the reception area. staff displayed cute attitudes. breakfast provided many options, including vegan croissants.
I felt hand towels would be useful. We only had bath sheets and a bath mat.

The hotel lobby decor immediately caught my eye. The theatrical theme was well done. staff members were helpful and always available when needed. the breakfast buffet had a good variety and included fresh pastries. my room was clean and well-kept, i appreciated the complimentary popcorn.

I am grateful that the hotel provided coffee machine in the room. An iron and board were also there. I found the room to be clean. The location worked well for access to the Thames. I appreciated the staff's helpful assistance.
The car parking charge seemed more than indicated on signage in the actual car park.
