unbeatable location constant comfort modern room

I adored how close the hotel was to so many shops and eateries. The location was unbeatable. the staff greeted me warmly each day. Their attentiveness was a constant comfort. the room was modern and clean. I felt at peace in my surroundings. i especially liked how close it was to the underground

the service charge was added without my consent, so i had to ask for it to be removed at checkout. it was a little awkward and detracted from what was an otherwise lovely stay. i wish this process could be more transparent.

marylebone high street is only a short walk offering convenient access. oxford street is also nearby enabling easy shopping and exploration. bond street station is conveniently close providing effortless underground travel options.

perfect location friendly staff easy check in dirty room cleaning issues makeup smudges

The hotel is in a perfect location. access to the underground was easy, and the staff was nice. the in-room dining was also good. i also appreciated the smart system in the room. It was easy to use.

i had to wait to be checked in. the room was not properly cleaned when i first arrived. the previous guest had left some stuff in the drawers. there were makeup smudges on the bedding.

unresolved phone issue cramped room

the location was indeed central. yet, i encountered a couple of issues. the room phone couldn't make international calls, a problem the staff didn't resolve. they insisted it worked without providing a solution, frustrating. additionally, the 'superior double room' felt cramped, especially with luggage.
