Check-in was smooth. i was given access to my room before the usual check-in time. the king bed felt very comfortable in a quiet room. breakfasts included a large buffet. Menu options were available too, i found the selection satisfying. main floor staff remembered my name and were attentive to my needs.
The gym felt small, a slight drawback. it was fairly average. I expected a bit more variety.

The location is really great! All staff members at every level were very attentive. Breakfast was good too (especially the pastries). I got a King Premium room. It was relatively spacious for an European standard and very clean.
At checkout, a service charge was added and presented as if it were mandatory. It was already paid and I found that misleading. The employee mentioned there was a service charge and asked how I wanted it to be settled, implying it was mandatory.

The staff always helped before I even asked, and I loved it. The room feature a large walk-in shower and toilet area. The Jo Love toiletries was really nice. The mattress was very comfortable, and the blanket was especially cozy.
My room was very small. It also lacked a dresser, which I found disappointing. The hotel felt more like a 4-star hotel. This is compared to a 5-star standard given the cost I paid.
