the location was very central, good for getting around.
I was disappointed by the overnight room service. It was basically non-existent. this is not acceptable, especially considering the price of nearly a thousand per night. the head concierge was also rude and dismissive. i heard him be rude to his own team, made me uncomfortable.

I adore the location. Covent Garden is romantic. The hotel decorations for the season were like a dream. The bar was so lively and drinks were just fantastic. I love the ladies at the front desk.
The noise from bathroom plumbing annoyed me so much. It ruin that romantic atmosphere. Staff seemed unhappy, I feel. When I left my bags, the staff made a rude comment about my fragile gifts. This make me sad.
