really good stay near borough market
helpful staff pleasing design central attractions
The staff was wonderfully helpful. They were always available to assist with directions. i found the room design pleasing and the christmas decorations throughout the hotel added a nice touch. the hotel's proximity to borough market and central attractions made sightseeing easy.
The subtle lighting in the room made it somewhat dark. The main lamp was not working.

excellent stay
wide selection easy access good response
i found the breakfast selection very wide. it catered to many tastes. the location offered easy access to transportation. the tube station was particularly convenient. the staff also quickly addressed a minor issue i raised about the room's lighting, a good fast response.
The gym only had limited equipment. I wished for more variety.

small room uncomfortable bed
The location was fine. It was near some attractions.
the room i got was pretty small considering the price i paid. the shower didn't drain well and there were only four tea bags. the pull-out bed was also super uncomfortable.

Really good Stay Near Borough Market
great location friendly staff modern bar
The location was superb with Borough Market steps away. I enjoyed walking to various sites nearby. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The modern bar area had a nice feel and provided a relaxing space after a long day.
The room felt too warm even with the windows open. I wish the air conditioning worked more effectively to manage the temperature. This made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep at night.

The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices to cater to many tastes. The restaurant provided a cozy environment for a quick dinner. The bar area has comfortable seating and a wide selection of drinks.

Staff were helpful. They promptly addressed all my requests. The housekeeping service maintained a super clean room. I appreciated the quick and friendly responses from the front desk staff when I had questions.

The breakfast options featured a really great selection. I was glad to find the room was clean and the size was generous. Shower had good water pressure and it was much appreciated after a long day.
I noticed the main lamp in the bedroom did not work. The phone also didn't work, so I could not call reception about it. I think the lighting was a little dark.
