The hotel decor is visually fine and very colourful! i found the staff to be excellent. They were full of smiles and ready to help (especially when i asked for extra coffee pods!). the check-in process was smooth. Even the corridors have a 'wow' factor.
the pillows were a little jumpy!

the room had a dimmer light in the bathroom, great for nighttime use. it also featured a mirror with a magnifier. the wardrobe included a light inside, and there was a large work surface for placing items.

the lobby has a well-appointed co-working area discreetly integrated into the dining space. this area is open all day for meals, drinks, and snacks. this setup makes it easy to work or relax.

the breakfast buffet was excellent (especially the fresh fruit options!). the staff brought up more coffee when i requested it. the staff were really friendly and were really nice too assist me, very helpful.

The hotel lobby design includes a sitting room, games, a bar, and a restaurant. The rooms have robes, slippers, and complimentary coffee and tea. The staff was friendly and welcomed me warmly making me feel at ease. I knew then it would be a good experience.
There were no drawers in the room for clothes storage.

Breakfast offers a delicious buffet with varied options including fresh fruit and vegetables. The restaurant service was a bit slow initially, but my vegan club sandwich was eventually delicious. I definitely recommend it.
