helpful staff nearby shops spacious studio
The staff assisted us with directions and shopping tips. Their help was invaluable. i found a chemist and several shops nearby, very convenient. the studio had high ceilings, which enhanced the feeling of space.
the air conditioning was somewhat inadequate, making the room a little too warm at times.

The coffee shop offered a great selection. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. healthy choices were available, which i appreciated because it kept me going through the day.

The staff was attentive and helpful. They promptly addressed my requests. the 24-hour desk service provided security and convenience. This made late arrivals stress-free.

the room's temperature was hard to regulate. i couldn't seem to lower the heating, and i had to keep the window open. this was a bit annoying (especially at night).

decent stay overall
bus stop convenient stop grocery stores accessible stores minute walk limited lighting little light online photos
the bus stop was very close, just outside the front door. several grocery stores were at walkable distances. i noticed multiple restaurants within a 10 minutes walk too.
my room seemed dark and dingy, despite the advertisement for bright and stylish rooms. the lighting felt inadequate and there was very little natural light. the photos online did not accurately show this.

modern design kitchen facilities great proximity
the room design felt very modern. the facilities included a stove, oven, and refrigerator. its proximity to tower bridge was certainly a major plus for me.
the room was a bit too warm, and the air conditioning system struggled to keep up.

decent stay with a couple issues
full kitchen washer customer service postage cost
i liked the room amenities. i had a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer. it was definitely a plus.
i encountered a problem regarding an item left behind. i contacted the reception and requested the item be sent to me but it was impossible. they asked me to collect it in person even though i live far away in another region.
