the location was conveniently close to the tube station. it was acceptable.
The room size was smaller than anticipated. I felt a bit cramped. also, the bathroom fan wasn't working. I told the staff, but it remained unfixed. these things combined. I found it irritating

the room size felt adequate, and the bed was comfortable for sleep. a tube station is close, so transportation was easy. the nearby area had many places to eat, which i found useful. the staff at the front desk are helpful.
the room i occupied felt a bit small.
