I found the staff quite helpful at reception. The breakfast had a good selection. My grandson enjoyed the sandwiches (and chips!). The swimming pool was clean, a plus.

the location was convenient to the beach and town center. i could drop my bags off early. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room was very dated. peeling paint was visible and the furniture had seen better days. the carpet was filthy and stained. also, the floors creaked a lot. i think it needs investigating.

The hotel is quite affordable and centrally located. It made walking around the city easy. The 24/7 entrance was VERY convenient. The location is close to bars and clubs.
The elevator DIDN'T work properly . IT caused some minor inconvenience accessing higher floors.
