friendly staff wide variety
I found the swimming pool lovely. the food was amazing!!! i found the breakfast gorgeous. There was a wide variety of different stuff to start my day off with. i especially saw caring staff.

The breakfast buffet had many options. The staff helped me a lot with my luggage, it was quite heavy. The room was very clean upon my arrival. I liked that very much.
The gym was somewhat small. I would have liked more equipment there.

Excellent value and convenient location
friendly staff convenient location swimming pool squash court
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful! I also used the swimming pool and the sea view from the room was very nice. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, I enjoyed the proximity a lot. The squash court was a great bonus for me.
The decor is slightly dated! though some improvements are noticeable since my last visit.

The reception staff offered clear directions and assistance with local recommendations. The team member provided a replacement pound coin so I could play pool in the bar. The staff members were polite and friendly.

The room was clean and included comfortable beds. Christmas decorations looked lovely. The television worked intermittently. The ocean view from the room provided a nice vista.

Excellent Stay with a Minor Hiccup
indoor pool quality food lovely receptionist
My stay include a swim in the indoor pool and I eat good quality food at breakfast. The premium suite on the top floor have views to die for. Yasmine at the reception was extraordinarily nice, she.
My check-in be a bit nerve wracking. My room be not ready for 3 pm. The area need improvements.

The breakfast buffet include multiple choices. They have good quality food I usually not eating mornings. The Overcliff pub provided a change from the restaurant one evening.

The hotel has an outdoor pool at the sister hotel. I use the indoor pool too. The gym has equipment for workouts. The sauna provides a relaxing experience after a long day.

small room limited options
The room i had was not up to standard (quite small, i might add). I could hear everything happening in the hallway. breakfast had limited options and lacked variety. I found this particularly disappointing.

friendly staff spa facilities dated decor uncomfortable heat
The room included spa facilities, and I found them to be very nice. The staff was also friendly and helpful. even when I asked for an extra pound to play pool in the bar, someone gave it to me!
The room was uncomfortably hot! though a fan in the wardrobe eased the problem on one side of the bed. I also found the decor dated. Some improvements are needed.
